Sell modified versions
Internal customisation is welcome — selling derivatives is not permitted.
Claim ownership of the IP
All frameworks, structures, and content remain the intellectual property of LibraryVault.
Breach of these restrictions may result in immediate licence termination and legal action to protect LibraryVault intellectual property.

Purchase grants a licence — not ownership
A purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal organisational use. Ownership of the IP is not transferred.
Branding & design are protected
LibraryVault branding, design language, and visual treatments are protected and may not be repurposed for resale or external distribution.
Derivative works
Internal customisations remain governed by this licence and may not be commercialised, distributed externally, or claimed as standalone IP.

Technical delivery issues
If a pack fails to deliver, a download is corrupted, or portal access is interrupted, our team will resolve it immediately.
