Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LibraryVault website, customer portal, and digital products. They form a legally binding agreement between you and [COMPANY NAME] Ltd, trading as LibraryVault.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or purchasing a Product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Licensing & Usage Terms.
Definitions
The following terms have specific meanings throughout these Terms & Conditions.
Website Use
You agree to use the Platform lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith.
- You will only use the Platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You will not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its underlying systems.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Product Information
LibraryVault Products are professionally authored digital governance frameworks designed to accelerate operational maturity.
- Products are informational and operational in nature, intended to be tailored to your organisation's specific needs.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing, customising, and implementing Products within their own organisational context.
- While our frameworks are aligned to recognised standards (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, ITIL 4, GDPR, NIS2), purchase does not guarantee certification, audit success, or any specific compliance outcome.
- Product descriptions, screenshots, and previews are provided in good faith and may be updated over time as content evolves.
Digital Product Delivery
LibraryVault Products are delivered digitally — fast, secure, and traceable.
In the unlikely event of a delivery issue, contact support@libraryvault.io and our team will resolve it promptly.
Licensing & Usage Rights
All Products are provided under the LibraryVault licence model, which is summarised here and set out in full in our Licensing & Usage Terms.

Pricing is transparent, displayed clearly, and processed via enterprise-grade payment infrastructure.
- All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
- VAT is applied at checkout where applicable, in accordance with UK and international tax rules.

- Account access may be suspended or terminated for material breach of these Terms or unlawful activity.
